Class Schedule

Extended Classes...

Delve Deeper

Become further enmeshed in our conspiracy by exploring aspects of wine that particularly interest you. We will guide participants through more specialized knowledge of  wine in single classes which more fully involve you in wine culture.

Again, most classes are scheduled for two hours, and include sampling up to six wines. Note that the cost of these classes varies considerably, as the bottles utilized here are often of limited availability, or are highly valued. Lessons are still designed to be fun and informal, but are by nature a bit more technical.
